Looking for a healthy snack that’s even good to be a meal? Oatmeal cookies aren’t just for fun but can nourish our mind and body!
As I currently have a little time, I was looking on the web a few days ago. Attempting to find fresh, intriguing ideas, inspirational meals that I’ve never used before, to surprise my loved ones with. Searching for a long time yet could not discover any interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I stumbled on this yummy and easy dessert simply by chance at Suncakemom. It looked so mouth-watering on its pic, that required urgent action.
It had been not difficult to imagine the way it’s created, its taste and how much my husband is going to like it. Mind you, it is extremely simple to delight him when it comes to puddings. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyway, I got into the blog and used the precise instuctions that had been coupled with impressive images of the operation. It just makes life less difficult. I could imagine that it is a bit of a effort to take pics down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you may typically have sticky hands so that i sincerely appreciate the effort and time she devote to make this blogpost .
That being said I’m encouraged presenting my own, personal formulas similarly. Many thanks the idea.
I had been fine tuning the original formula create it for the taste of my family. I can say it absolutely was a great success. They enjoyed the flavour, the structure and loved having a sweet like this in the midst of a stressful workweek. They basically demanded more, a lot more. Thus the next occasion I’m not going to make the same mistake. I am going to double the volume .
Oatmeal cookies is from SunCakeMom.
We can use oats as they are but to make a less edgy smoother cookies we can ground them into flour.
Pour oat or oat flour into a bowl. Add bananas and the butter in too.
Put egg, honey and baking powder into the bowl, too. Work the dough together until we get an even mixture.
Use a spoon to place little lumps on the tray then flatten lumps into cookie form with the back of the spoon.
Slice strawberries or any other fruit then place the slices on top of each cookie. Strawberries will shrink and change color in the oven to the extent we won’t win any visual award with them.
Put tray into the preheated 356°F / 180°C oven for 15 minutes to bake. Take the cookies out when they are golden brown.
