I was tweaking the main recipe create it for the taste of my family. I have to mention it was a terrific success. They loved the flavor, the thickness and loved getting a sweet like this in the midst of a lively workweek. They quite simply wanted even more, more and more. Measure the scone ingredients and put them into a mixing bowl.
Knead it with hands until we get an even texture.
Sprinkle some flour on the table and put dough in the middle of it.
Use a rolling pin to flat the dough about ½ inch / 1 cm heights.
Cut out scones with a smallish round cutter and place them onto a baking tray.
Sprinkle cheese on top and put it into the 350°F / 180 °C preheated oven for about 20 minutes to bake.
