Zucchini Fries Recipe

Is our health worth quitting the fine crabs world and opt for a few green more? Let’s bake some zucchini fries with cheese and see!

As I currently have some time, I had been searching on the web the other day. On the lookout for new, stirring tips, inspirational meals that I’ve never tasted before, to delight my family with. Looking for quite some time but could not find any interesting stuff. Just before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this fabulous and easy treat simply by chance. It looked so tempting

on its pic, it required quick actions.

It had been not so difficult to imagine how it is created, its taste and how much boyfriend will like it. Actually, it is extremely simple to delight the man when it comes to treats. Anyways, I went to the page: Suncakemom and simply followed the step-by-step instuctions that have been coupled with great pictures of the method. It just makes life much simpler. I can suppose it’s a slight effort to shoot photographs down the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you most often have gross hands and so i seriously appreciate the hard work she put in to make this blogpost and recipe conveniently followed.

With that in mind I am encouraged to present my very own recipe similarly. Thanks for the idea.

I had been tweaking the initial recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I must tell you that it was an incredible outcome. They enjoyed the flavour, the thickness and loved getting a delicacy such as this in the middle of a hectic workweek. They quite simply wanted lots more, many more. So the next time I am not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am going to double the quantity to keep them pleased.

Thanks for SunCakeMom who made the Zucchini Fries Parmesan a reaility

Halve the zucchinis then lengthwise cut them into 4 vertically and horizontally so we’ll have 8 slices.

Sprinkle salt and mix it well with the zucchini. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Whisk the egg and dunk the zucchini slices into the egg.

Let the zucchinis drip off excess egg before proceeding to the cheesing.

Roll the egged zucchinis into the grated cheese lightly.

Place the zucchinis onto a parchment papered baking tray. We can place them fairly close to each other as they won’t grow in size.

We can opt for the less streneous method of carelessly mixing everything together and dumping the whole thing onto the parchment layered baking tray but the results will be linear to the invested efforts.

Bake the zucchinis in a 400°F / 200°C oven until the cheese gets golden brown spots for about 30 minutes.
